Fresh Trout Fillets 2 x 150g
Wonderfully fresh steelhead trout. Filleted, pin boned and cut into 150g fillets by our own team at the smokehouse. The firm flesh and the full flavour of these wonderful fish make them a favourite in the kitchen.
Delicious grilled, baked, poached or pan fried. The fillets will arrive with you with a minimum of 3 days shelf life. They freeze extremely well, so if they're not on any immediate menus I’d recommend popping them in the freezer on delivery.
Contains fish. May contain bones - whilst every care has been taken to remove all the bones, some may remain.
Please keep refrigerated between 0 and 5°C.
This product is suitable for home freezing for up to 6 months. Please freeze on delivery and consume on day of defrost.
